Shipping

Shipping charges within India are waived for orders exceeding 10,000. For international shipping, additional charges based on product weight, volume, and delivery destination apply. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry or during the ordering process.

Returns and Exchanges

Our garments are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we can assist with minor alterations if needed.

Taxes & Duties

The displayed product prices are maximum retail prices. For international deliveries, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, where import duties are not included in the displayed prices. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment of these fees upon delivery is required to release your order from customs.
